Getting in: parking, shuttles and gates
Every car needs a parking pass for that day, bought online before you go: there is no parking for sale on site, and for 2027 general parking on Friday, March 12 and Saturday, March 13 is already sold out. Without a pass, take Uber or another rideshare to the Couples entry off ATP Tour Boulevard, or ride a bike or golf cart in by the Sawgrass Marriott. The official downtown Jacksonville shuttle ran Thursday to Sunday in 2026 and sold out, but it is not yet announced for 2027. In 2026 the gates opened at 7:30 am, bags had to be no bigger than 6 x 6 x 6 inches (or clear and up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches), phones were fine on silent with no calls outside set areas, and the whole site was cashless.

Rideshare (Uber is the tournament partner) drops off and picks up at the Couples entry off ATP Tour Boulevard by the 15th hole. Free bike and golf cart parking inside TPC Sawgrass, reached from the PGA Tour Boulevard entrance by the Sawgrass Marriott.

- 2026 pattern, 2027 not yet announced: an official paid shuttle from downtown Jacksonville (Hyatt Regency Riverfront, Marriott Jacksonville Downtown and Southbank Hotel) ran Thursday to Sunday, with three set pickups a day (about 07:00, 10:00 and 13:30) and returns every few minutes from 14:00 to 20:00 (18:30 on Sunday). It cost USD 20 plus tax and fees a pass, non-refundable, with a pickup time chosen at booking and any scheduled return, and it sold out. Free shuttles for local residents ran 09:00 to 19:00 from Palm Valley Academy, Valley Ridge Academy and Pine Island Academy in Nocatee to the Nicklaus entry, Friday to Sunday, with long waits at peak hours.
How to get tickets
Tickets for every day from Tuesday, March 9 to Sunday, March 14 are sold only through The Players on Ticketmaster, up to four per day per account, and prices change with demand, so buying early usually costs less. If a day sells out (Friday to Sunday did in 2026), use the official fan to fan resale on the same Ticketmaster page rather than other sites. Up to two kids aged 15 and under get in free with each ticketed adult.

Spend time around the 16th, 17th and 18th, the closing stretch everyone comes to see, and visit the 8th green for a change of pace.

17th, the Island Green
Only 137 yards, to a green ringed by water except for a narrow path. It is the most famous spot on the course, so arrive early on the weekend if you want a place by the ropes.

The par 5 16th and the par 4 18th finish the round either side of the 17th, so you can follow the closing stretch with very little walking. Several hospitality venues overlook these approaches.
